Terms & Conditions

• Gift cards are only valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
• Gift Cards can't be returned or refunded after purchase.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-extensible, non-exchangeable for cash.
• Gift Cards can only be redeemed once, partial usage is not allowed. 
• Gift Cards can only be used on purchasing of rope course admission tickets and shoe rental and cannot be used on Houbii memberships. 
• Please take note that admission ticket to Singapore Zoo is required to enter Houbii Spot.
• Please send an email to info@houbiispotsingapore.com to reserve a timeslot for your visit.
• To play the Real Thing independently, the climber needs to be 120cm and above. Otherwise, for climbers below 120cm, one accompanying adult is required to follow the child up the rope course at the ratio of 1:1.

• As our operations is weather permitting, no refunds are allowed once your session commence.
• Houbii Spot reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review any Gift Cards for suspected fraud, mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of Gift Card policies.
